Each carpet was examined, description provided in writing and photos taken to correlate with the description. David and his staff answered every text and email promptly. We had been very disappointed with synthetic rug options from home decor stores. We wanted to get an idea of what style and price range we were looking at for authentic rugs but we’re definitely on a budget lol The employees here are extremely welcoming, friendly and professional and willing to take time to help you understand what you’re looking at and what fits your tastes and budget. We found a beautiful rug for a steal of a price and walked out very happy with our purchase. It’s gorgeous and exactly what we wanted! Special thanks to Mahan for his patience and friendly attitude, I had a wild 3 year old climbing all over me and he was extremely kind and understanding, and a very knowledgeable source for information. He carried himself with exceptional professionalism and we really appreciated everyone’s help finding exactly what we needed :)
