- AJAly Jones5 days ago1.0I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. Absolutely impossible to deal with. Told my driver to be 15 mins early to an appointment at 12:30. My truck just needed to be loaded with 15 12' pallets, 800lbs each. It took this place 4hours to load 15 pallets. 4 HOURS!!!!! I feel like Bobby, the owner, does this on purpose to people because they only use him if they are in a bind. You will be taken advantage of here with the amount of time it takes to pick up and drop off. If this is the low bid for your warehouses, look elsewhere bc they may not charge a lot but your saving will be eaten up in transportation back charges. NO ONE WANTS TO SIT ANYWHERE AS LONG AS THEY MAKE YOU WAIT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
