    The store in Katy has very poor management staff in the Katy, TX store. I bought a glass item that was wrapped poorly, which fell out of the bag and shattered as soon as I left the store. I didn't even make it completely out the door before the poorly wrapped item shattered into countless pieces. The store manager told me that they couldn't refund my money because they are not able to resell it. So essentially, because they did a poor job wrapping a fragile item, I am out the cost of the item. This is the most selfish and ridiculous store policy I have ever encountered! I would give them zero stars - if that was possible.

    I tried to return an item that was miss marked for the right size with an hours of purchasing the other item and was told I could not do an even exchange because I’ve used a coupon. Absolutely horrific customer service.

    -I placed an online order to be delivered to my home address 11/26 at 8:08am. -I received a text at 2:46pm that said it was ready to be delivered -Then I received at 4:28pm saying it was delivered - When I made it home the package was not on my porch I checked the photo provided for confirmation and the package was not delivered to my porch The package was delivered to the front of the Outside of my apartments front office. When I submitted my order I submitted that I lived in apartment I’m not sure what side this huge error has fallen on but it for sure was not me. Me in distress I called the location that shipped this product. And I was able to speak with a store manager by name Alyssa I’m not sure if that’s how you spell the name. She was less than helpful. She was very rude & kept interrupting me as I explained my situation. She even could be heard laughing while explaining to me that she’s just explaining the process she didn’t do anything wrong. She advised me that there was nothing she could do because the error was on the 3rd party and she said “that’s not our employees if they make a mistake that’s on them” she also said that she couldn’t hold any products for me because it’s a rule & because Black Friday is approaching. Me as a customer who chooses to shop At home when I can shop at other competitor locations/ brands find it interesting that your store managers are not better prepared to handle customer service resolutions. She explain to me that she has to wait on customer support and that customer support doesn’t respond after 5pm. And that if customer support got back with her then at that point she could let me know if anything could be done she mentioned that that could be Black Friday she wasn’t sure(today is 11/29 Saturday and still have not received a refund or replacement in the product I went to another location and purchased the missing products again shout out to the willowbrook location clean store and very nice associates). I just felt this experience is embarrassing and humiliating for me as I own a business and rely on using your brand/ retailer to service my constituents. But if me and my constituents are being inconvenience then I guess i need to use the competition brands/retailers to make sure me or my constituents are not inconvenienced. I think it maybe time for some refreshing in the customer service department and also maybe come with a quick turn around plans & procedures where decisions can be made at a store level to assist your customers that are having these one off experiences. As of now I will refrain from shopping the Katy location since they lack customer service & understanding& empathy for customers who are having a bad experience. But me the customer is outta money and a product with no resolution at all. Not a happy camper. I expect that some one at this company cares about the customers and will see this review and make changes at the store level. Do better At Home.

Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
