My Aptive technician was helpful and communicative. He checked in with me before arriving to see what needs to be done and where the problem areas are. Very kind and friendly service. Many thanks!

Cole knows what needs to be responsibly performed per the service plan you are on. We spoke about services and I have come to the conclusion that I trust his services. Get Aptive to protect your home.

My experience with Aptive Environmental was very disappointing. The technicians themselves were generally polite, but service was inconsistent and multiple times they arrived without the necessary products to complete the job—despite the premium price being charged. The biggest issue was customer service. When I called for a re-service, the representatives were rude, attempted to add extra charges, and even threatened contract terms I had already fulfilled. I was later told by a manager I could cancel after my next appointment, only to be told afterward that I needed to pay an additional $190. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was hung up on. Poor service can sometimes be overlooked, but disrespectful and unhelpful customer support is unacceptable.

Absolutely disappointed with the quality of the service received. The security cameras captured how the Tech performed the service and it is clear that all he did was pose for the pictures they take to upload on the “service summary “. Literally held the brush to remove the cob webs for 10 seconds and put it away after getting his picture, and this was only on the front porch; nothing done on the back other that spraying on the base of the walls. The service summary/invoice has a long list of the steps he claims he checked while at my residence performing the service; only one of those was actually done. The Tech was casually speaking on the phone with someone (socializing) while performing the service, which makes me think that he just wanted to get it done and leave. My house is 4200 sq/ft, the service was performed in 8 min from the time he arrived until the time he got back in his van. Called customer service to find out if this is what the service is supposed to be like, call went to a call center out of the US and struggle a bit to understand the customer service Rep. Asked to speak with a supervisor, told me they would contact me in 2 business days, asked for the local office phone number to call directly, they said they cannot do that and that I have to wait for them to call me. Absolutely disappointed and will just wait a few more days to see if they do call back and see what they have to say before canceling. Oh, did I mention that it had been the same situation for the past 3 treatments with different Techs? Well apparently that is how they roll!! Aptive service is BS and not worth my money!! Out of all the services listed on this survey.. I don’t know which one to click on as I did not receive any of the things I was supposed to get

Second service was scheduled, tech asked me for concerns via text if any about the interior of the house. I stated baby roaches have started to be seen along with sugar ants. The tech then states that roaches are not covered in my plan and for an extra 10$ in my bill that it can be covered. I initially got the service for Roaches, ants and wasps. Get your facts straight before you come trying to add additional costs to my plan. He then sent me pictures of the work done. I asked if he treated the exterior for wasps?!….. no reply.
