- JSjames simsOct 29, 20251.0My experience beith Arron's has been horrible, my TV blowout after I have paid on it, My dryer and washer did the same thing, and that gave my a kitchen table on clearance band charge me the original price of a new one, I did my homework with other Arron's boutlets in the area, and was told that I was paying the cost of a new kitcy table, and to top it off I honestly been a loyal customer, I got another washer and dryer, again, and be paying on time and ahead of time, where is the loyalty, How could you sleep getting over on people......
- ANAmber NewsomFeb 11, 20231.0After my last experience. I will never be going back to any Aaron’s ever. I don’t care how good of a customer I am. I always pay my account on time. I payed off one account with them. & I decided to get some other furniture from them. & it was the worst ideal and decision I ever made. They have the worst customer service ever. Very unprofessional. They told me my furniture would be at my house on a pacific day. & when I called & asked them about it they changed it & told me they will bring it the next day. That was strike one. Okay So strike two. I payed my account I’m on automatic payments. So the finance manager. Calls me & tells me about a payment & I told him I just payed the payment. Then he goes on & says something about a product. That the GM/STORE MANAGER. Was supposed to fix on my account. Well he never fixed it. He was out on vacation or off or something like that. They told me he will call me when he gets back in the store on Tuesday. Still tell this day he has not called me & it been over 3 in a half weeks now. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. & VERY UNORGANIZED. I’M VERY DISAPPOINTED.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
