I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Aaron’s location, especially from the manager. I came in ready to purchase a dining room set and asked about the sets on the floor. The manager immediately told me there was only one available, even though there were clearly two on display. When I asked about the other one, she said it was already sold but could possibly be ordered.
Her attitude the entire time was very dismissive, as if helping me was an inconvenience. After she checked the computer and confirmed the set could be ordered for delivery next week, I told her I would look around to see if I wanted anything else. Instead of assisting me further, she whispered to another employee and told him that if I needed anything else he would have to deal with me.
That was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Because of the way I was treated, I decided not to purchase anything else from this store. The experience was so unpleasant that it has made me seriously consider returning the items I already have. Customers should feel welcomed when they walk into a store ready to spend money, not dismissed.
I truly hope corporate or the district manager looks into the level of customer service being provided at this location.

These beautiful tables, and warm lighted lamps, sure come in handy. The hold it UP at eye level so the WHOLE FAMILY can watch together!

NO ONE EVER KNOWS, from the elderly what their crying for. We were taught not to question them!

The staff is very rude!!!!!!!!!! I am very angry at the fact I made a monthly payment on my washer and dryer then a week later they take another payment out of my account., I call and was told it would be back in my account within 30 minutes and it was not. I spent two hours trying to call and no one would answer. I went up there and was told not sure what happened but my money would be credited back and if it was not by the next day to call. I called and the girl that answered was EXTREMELY RUDE. said there was nothing she could do her manager "Gilbert" was not there and was not answering his phone. Today is MONDAY and my money is still NOT back in my account!!!!!!!! I AM EXTREMELY MAD...AND I AM NOT PLEASED WITH THIS TYPE OF SERVICE. THE RUDENESS, THE UNWILLINGNESS TO CORRECT THE MISTAKE IN A TIMELY MANNER, not to mention last month i was called the day before my payment was due to tell me my card was declined AFTER i told them not to run that card i would always be in the day before to pay the bill....

“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease.
