I have no idea how they’re still in business reading their reviews about their lack of communication.

Since signing the contract, no one has picked up the phone not once. I’ve left multiple voicemails and instead of a simple callback, I get copy-and-paste email replies from Julie. For a service that costs over $6,000, the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. The crew shows up and leaves without a word. If I’m not physically outside asking questions, I have no clue what’s happening or when they’re done. There’s zero transparency and no accountability. I was emailed after so many attempts to get someone on the phone and was told I would receive after care instructions after the final payment was made and I have not received anything so I have no idea what to do after my pool is filled and of course I can’t call because no one will pick up. They also damaged my property. They killed sections of my front lawn by dumping plaster on it. Not only is that careless, it’s just flat-out disrespectful. This company does not care about the customer once they have your money. I regret hiring them and would not recommend their services to anyone.
