I had a great experience with this pest control company. The technician spent about an hour at my house and took the time to spray everywhere to make sure all areas were properly covered. What impressed me the most was their dedication—they still completed the job even though it was raining. They were professional, thorough, and clearly cared about doing the job right. I really appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend their service to others.

They made every effort to treat my house and yard the very day I signed up…the forecast showed rain coming in but they were able to treat it before it rained. The technician explained in detail all that he would be doing as was explained by the salesman. This is my first experience with this company and I feel they are going to do me a fine job…I look forward to working with them.

These people are crooks. They have been overcharging my elderly mother for 2 years. She had quarterly service and they charged her 8 times last year. I called them out and ver it and the customer service rep hung up on me. Don’t hire these people. I will be reporting this company to the structural pest control board and consumer protection agency.

TaShon stopped by my house today to talk about bugs! I haven’t had any pest protection on my home for a couple of years, so he arrived on a good day. He was very nice and respectful. And we enjoyed talking after we got the bug business out of the way. Aptive seems like a good company and they are running a good special right now. Since today was my first treatment, I unfortunately can’t rate the product. I will try to remember to come back after a few months to see if their products work as good as they say they do.

I haven’t had the interior of my home treated the past 3 times they were here. The first two were my fault because I wasn't home. Today I was home he started outside then he left. I was here and thought he would knock or ring the bell to be allowed inside. He just left without knocking or anything. I texted him minutes
After he left and asked why he didn’t do the inside. He said he forgot but would be back and do it. Several hours past and I sent another text and he told me he had 7 other calla to do first. I would like my inside treated since it hasn't be done in so long! Aggravating.
