She had difficulties with her refrigerator and called someone from the phone book (not Alan) who charged her $700 and the refrigerator still didn’t work. She called that man back but he never showed up and stopped answering her calls. She was distressed so I looked on Nextdoor and found Alan highly recommended. Alan came out and fixed her refrigerator. He was so kind and reassuring to her on top of doing great work. She was very impressed and thankful to him for fixing the refrigerator and in a timely manner. He was very fair on prices as well. She has nothing but glowing things to say about her experience with Alan’s Appliance Repair.
