  Furnishing an apartment is rarely stress-free, and when you walk into a store already frustrated about pricing and financing, expectations can be low. That was exactly how we felt walking into Aaron’s. We were already uneasy about using a rent-to-own service, especially knowing that the pricing structure is typically higher than traditional furniture stores. However, what could have been a frustrating experience quickly turned into a surprisingly positive one—thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Meoka Wilson Frances. From the start, Meoka immediately recognized our hesitation and took the time to ease our concerns. The credit system at Aaron’s can feel confusing and, at times, difficult to fully understand. We weren’t particularly fans of the process and were initially skeptical about whether it would even make sense for our situation. However, Meoka patiently walked us through each step, explaining the process clearly and making sure we felt comfortable before moving forward. Her approach wasn’t rushed or overly sales-focused. Instead, she genuinely listened to our needs and worked with us to find furniture that suited both our space and our comfort level. Getting approved brought relief, but what stood out most was how she stayed engaged throughout the entire process—from browsing selections to finalizing the paperwork. Furnishing an apartment can be overwhelming, especially when trying to balance style, functionality, and budget, but Meoka made the experience feel manageable. She took time to ensure we were satisfied with each furniture selection, offering guidance without being pushy. Her patience and professionalism made a noticeable difference, transforming what started as a reluctant visit into a productive and even pleasant experience. While we still believe the pricing at Aaron’s can be higher compared to traditional furniture purchasing options, the ability to get approved and walk away with the furniture we needed was ultimately the most important outcome. And truthfully, the level of customer service we received made the experience worthwhile. It’s not always easy furnishing an apartment, and we didn’t necessarily expect to return to Aaron’s. However, we would absolutely go back to work with Meoka again. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, she delivered above and beyond expectations. To Meoka Wilson Frances—thank you for your patience, professionalism, and outstanding service. You made a difficult process much easier, and that level of dedication deserves recognition.   My experience beith Arron's has been horrible, my TV blowout after I have paid on it, My dryer and washer did the same thing, and that gave my a kitchen table on clearance band charge me the original price of a new one, I did my homework with other Arron's boutlets in the area, and was told that I was paying the cost of a new kitcy table, and to top it off I honestly been a loyal customer, I got another washer and dryer, again, and be paying on time and ahead of time, where is the loyalty, How could you sleep getting over on people......
