- DLDevedre LoveMar 4, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Aaron’s location, especially from the manager. I came in ready to purchase a dining room set and asked about the sets on the floor. The manager immediately told me there was only one available, even though there were clearly two on display. When I asked about the other one, she said it was already sold but could possibly be ordered. Her attitude the entire time was very dismissive, as if helping me was an inconvenience. After she checked the computer and confirmed the set could be ordered for delivery next week, I told her I would look around to see if I wanted anything else. Instead of assisting me further, she whispered to another employee and told him that if I needed anything else he would have to deal with me. That was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Because of the way I was treated, I decided not to purchase anything else from this store. The experience was so unpleasant that it has made me seriously consider returning the items I already have. Customers should feel welcomed when they walk into a store ready to spend money, not dismissed. The hold it UP at eye level so the WHOLE FAMILY can watch together! I can't get the corner of that rug to stay down though. MUST BE THE dust, the dirt, the allegories. (Allergies). Welp, gotta dust off these fans to breathe more comfortably. THANKS AARONS! YOU GIANT TREE! You made me feel small, hugging me. And as I was perusing through your store. Is that how you spell it? Browsing? And yes, every Friday night Grandma said Grandpa took her to Olive Garden in Beaumont, TX, significantly for a reason. But I don't think the tears were for that, leaving Popeyes that day after church. I just tapped her on her knee, in the passenger seat, as she gazed out the window. NO ONE EVER KNOWS, from the elderly what their crying for. We were taught not to question them! Just to climb the FRED HEART-MAN BRIDGE!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
