Believe when i say I shouldnt have to go back and forth with arguing with a manager if thats what he is about 8 then 10 added on where did that come from.Unprofessional and he needs customer service refresher.Hidden addtional fees just to get more money.Your suppose to make the customer happy then after he took my money he said now the refrigerator is yours reallyđł...So Now the manager of the store contacted apologized for the inconvenience and told me he would refund me the 10 dollars i waited three days for it to be in my account in which he never did it.Look im not petty but the principle of the fact is that he told me something and didnt fall through with his words i ended up contacting corporate cause they cant keep taking people money this is unethical during these trying times. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time thatâs convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by âno credit needed?â
âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores wonât, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But donât forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
