They were very rude when I called today after being promised my paint would be here today. They said "it's ready for driver pickup"...I ordered same day delivery for the 18th its now the 23rd and the time I took off work is spent and I needed that paint. Im sending my daughter to pick it up but, this is the last time I or any of my family will use this rude company.

I didn’t hear till 4:00 that it wasn’t even loaded on the truck. I don’t know how you do business, but if I were to do something like that at my job, I wouldn’t have a customer.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
