  I have to give a shout out to the HUGE help and customer service we received from the guy who helped load up 25 pavers onto our cart, the guy who loaded them into our car, to the one in the rental area! Wish I had their names but WOW! Lowe’s is lucky to have you guys!

  I went to Lowe’s which opened up closer to me thinking I was going to save time and gas money (Gas has went up quite a bit as you know and my time is priceless). I had been there a few times and purchased some items - I was thinking there was that added Military Discount they initially asked me if I would like to be offered - Receipt also states “Thank You for your Military Service”. I actually went to return an item some time later when I noticed there was no Military Discount given (The Veteran that was my cashier was actually surprised that I did not get the discount). I told him this was my last visit. Manager advised me that if there was a sale price already that NO MILITARY IS ADDED. I just felt betrayed as I could have gone to another retailer which had my item(s) at an initial lower price or a Military Discount. I think Lowe’s may just raise the price - discount it at their discretion (With it still at a higher price than another retailer) and this way the Military Discount will not process. Not thinking of Generational Customers - Somewhat disappointed as I put my confidence in your business. Just letting you know.

  Almost everything was out of stock I needed even though it showed in stock last night; there wasn't even a space on the aisle for it. The one thing that was in stock had an alarm strapped to it that went off when I touched the box and the staff decided not to turn it off. Military discount AGAIN did not want to recognize my id or app barcode. And of course when I try to pay it won't let me and insists I have stuff in my cart I didn't pay for even though I only bought 1 single item. Lowes is really a horrible place to shop but we only have like 2 or 3 hardware choices anymore. I hate this location.

  I came in here to exchange two propane bottles. I paid for them and patiently waited for over 15 minutes. No one came to help When I went inside to ask why and talk to a manager, I was told all of the managers were in a meeting and couldn’t be bothered. They actually left their communication devices outside the meeting. They didn’t leave one person on floor to help and assist, they cleared every manager out of the store for their meeting. And evidently they took the one person that had the keys to the propane tank into that meeting with them Not complaining about the staff, they were fine. They did their job, Quickly and promptly and with very good customer service The Managers suck There is an orange store right down the road from where I live
