I went by on a Saturday.. I waited 2 hours for an employee to help me .Now mind you , I do remodeling and I spend alot of money there at lowes . I was very up set i wasted 2 hours there waiting for someone to help me with Cabinets.. I decided to go across the street to Home Depot.. Sure there unorganized but at least there willing to help.. They appreciate the 6000 i spent there! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The customer service here is THE WORST I’ve ever seen in a Lowe’s. First of all, why does it seem like there are only 2 people that work in the whole location? Not one worker outside of registers to be seen anywhere??? That’s a failure on management—HIRE MORE PEOPLE. And the ONE person that we finally see after 30 minutes of trying to find help the guy makes eye contact and then immediately ducked into an isle to fiddle with some cart. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER. This has been the worst Lowe’s I have ever been to. A perfect example of when people say customer service is dead

Really disappointed. I ordered a dishwasher on line because it was not available in store. I had to wait almost 2 weeks for it to be shipped. I picked it up the 11th, on the 15th it was advertised for 50.00 less. Their low price guarantee is only 48 hours. REALLY? My card was not charged until I picked it up on the 11th, but they say my purchase (2/1) is outside of their 48hour window. It is the EXACT same dishwasher. Even Target is a 2 week window.
