Love shopping at my hometown Lowe's...everything is so clean and organized...the workers are very friendly and professional...today when I ordered a refrigerator and washer, I had the privilege to work with Daniel in the appliance department...he is amazing and knows all procedures...he is very customer friendly making sure all is done right with the customer's satisfaction top priority...I also worked with the manager Ramiro as he had to approve something...he too is very friendly and customer oriented...both of these employees are an asset to our Lowe's...thanks guys for making our experience at Lowe's today and positive and enjoyable time.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
