The only sketchy thing is that they regularly raise your rate and don’t text/email about it, or notify you in the app. The only notification is via a non-descript unassuming postcard-esque mailer with a small font. The rate raises were frequent too and they require insurance on your unit - I would rather have just assumed the risk of what I stored but waiving the insurance wasn’t an option. Just another fee they can tack on to make more money without actually doing or offering anything.
