One thing that truly stood out to me, something I’ve never experienced at any storage facility, was Jamie walking around offering customers bottles of water. That small gesture says so much about her character and commitment to great service. Jamie provides exceptional customer service, and Extra Space Storage is lucky to have her. I highly recommend this location because of her!
