Lowe's is your place for home building. Lots of "inside" stuff. More choices in store for bath, vanities, showers, flooring, rugs, and just home...stuff!
Home Depot is more of a construction store. They both have their place in the world.
This is one of closest Lowe's to our house and still about 50 minutes away in Gun Barrel City.
Home Depot is only about 15 minutes away in Corsicana.

We bought a brand new refrigerator from Lowes 9 months ago. It cost me 62 dollars every couple of months for a filter. Now it has stopped working. It's been 3 weeks and they still haven't fixed it. All they food that ruined and I have to buy food everyday. You would think that this company would have better service than this. My mom is 80 years old and I am so disappointed in Lowes. I work she can't be bending over to food out of a ice chest

Came in to see about a replacement Battery for my zero turn I’ve never had a problem at Lowe’s The staff are usually very friendly and helpful in particularly Shawn But today, I guess he was having a bad day. I did Not receive this service I’m used to. I had to ask for a manager just to get help to find out that they do not carry zero turn batteries. This is my first time having to do anything like this So I guess I should’ve researched before I came to Lowe’s. I hope he has a better day. I guess I was at least hoping for a little friendly advice for what to do in a situation like this it seemed like I was a bother because I did not know🥺

Sad, in the middle of nowhere and the service is trash. We purchased a washer and dryer with installation and it was a horrible experience. From forging my signature to a bad case of horrible communication. My washer and dryer was placed and installed in the wrong place. When I call customer service they act like they are doing me a favor and do not want to help move or fix the problem this place is a joke , I should of read the numerous reviews on how bad this location is. Home depot it will be. Sorry Lowes get your crap together.

Sara delivered our deck wood today. Omg, she was fantistic at driving the big rid and the fork lift. This young lady needs to be rewared a special badge. I think i will buy her a lunch. She had all it takes to be a manager and a training other employee to do the job right with customers smiling. Thank you Sara you are Super.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
