July 23,2025 I bought an LG 24 inch washtower. $1998.00. The floor model was the last one but I bought it cash and carry. My son and I picked it up July 26, 2025. I also bought a protection plan (2 year). My son has not been able to get it running. First the washer leaked then when it went to spin cycle made a horrible noise and moved all around the floor. Now the dryer kicks out a message (Drn). So here I am almost 4 months later with an expensive washer/dryer that isn’t working. I have called for service but can’t get any help other than telling me what I need to do. I am a 71 year old widow and my son doesn’t know how to fix the issues. It is under warranty and I have extended warranty protection plan. What does it take!!!! Lowe’s… I am very disappointed with y’all!!!!!!!
