    Worse customer service! After pushing my large cart with boards and long product around, I got to the front and saw there was a lower price on Romax so I had her ring me up a roll of Romax with my purchase. After I paid she printed the receipt and I looked at the receipt and it charged me more than what the big sign says for the Romax, so I asked her to simply fix it and she said no you have to go over to customer service. No apology or anything she didn’t care, I said just refund it then and she said again you have to go to customer service since I’ve already finished your purchase. If they can steal your money at the register, they should be able to give it back to you at the register just saying. Lowes policies are not Customer considerate.

    Lost a $600 sale because the guy in lawn and garden acted like he didn’t want to help. Didn’t want to ring up all of our stuff and acted like we were a burden . Do better

    My dad went in there. 7-8 people in there at the contractor side ignoring all the customers. He just needed a kit for the toilet and was right there. He is 80 years old and asked for help. Not a person would help him. He came home and cut his CC in half.
