If you’re a truck driver and they set your appointment for 4am for wallboard ,don’t even wake up this place don’t care it’s so disrespectful and rude not to be unloading at the according time place is the worse .

I went here looking for a drill. I saw about 3 to 4 associates, walk past me, and I asked them if they can help me get a drill out of a case. They couldn't find the right associate 45 minutes later. I grabbed a manager. I asked for a particular one that was on display. They grabbed it, they checked me out. I got home and it was the wrong one. So I just ended up buying it online and I'll exchange it some other day. Lousy service, maybe I'll drive the extra ten minutes to go to a different lowe's but thank you to the manager that helped me lady that starts with a T

No way to buy wood without carrying it around on your shoulders. Multiple guys carrying wood because they don't have enough carts for big materials. Looked for help and everybody who wasn't with a customer had their head down, looked like they were trying to avoid human contact. Extremely disappointing, I live a half a mile from this store and I have to drive to Terrell for customer service. Might as well go to home depot if I have to drive out of town.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
