Now the dryer kicks out a message (Drn). So here I am almost 4 months later with an expensive washer/dryer that isn’t working. I have called for service but can’t get any help other than telling me what I need to do. I am a 71 year old widow and my son doesn’t know how to fix the issues. It is under warranty and I have extended warranty protection plan. What does it take!!!! Lowe’s… I am very disappointed with y’all!!!!!!!
