  Terrell's Tree Service did an awesome job! The price was great, the customer service was excellent, and the crew was very respectful. They left everything clean and neat when they were done. Highly recommend!

  Pretty good on-site. Would be much better if you didn’t have to work so hard to get past the phone girl. Just remember she will always, always tell you she will call back but she never, ever, ever does. YOU will ALWAYS have to call them back.

  First of all, I rarely do reviews unless the service is Completely Amazing or utterly horrible…. That being said…. We have used this company on two different occasions plus sent them to a very dear friend of ours as well and recommended them to everyone we no. We will no longer do that: I called and left a message on Sunday on voice mail, they returned my call on Monday telling me they would be at my home on Tuesday 2pm No one showed, no one called. At 3:30pm I called and she said they were very busy and she would call the guy to see when he was coming, I stayed at home until 6pm waiting, she never called back. On Wednesday 9am I called her and she said she never told me she would call me back and they were busy and maybe I should use another tree service…..WHAT??? Really?? Because you were not professional enough to show up nor call and say you weren’t showing and not to call me back to say if you were coming later that day?? THAT should have been my first clue. But no I thought my word, we’ve used them before maybe an off week this week, so she said they could come out 8am this morning, I said ok no problem. At 6:45am the guy is ringing the bell no phone call to say he’s arriving early. By the time I got to the door he was in his truck calling me. I said you weren’t supposed to be here till 8am he LAUGHED and said, “Well I’m here now” ONE HOUR and fifteen minutes early🤦🏻‍♀️ He commenced to tell me that it would be THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS to cut down our pine tree!!!! Of course, haul off and stump grind too but really, $3000?!?! I said no he said $2500 I said no! I told him they had cut FIVE trees down for $2200 he said well that was a couple years ago! Last year I recommended them to a friend for her GIGANTIC Oak tree and it was very old with lots of roots the owner quoted $900 Reasonable But $3000 for ONE pine tree?!?!? The owner is not the one who came today, but the guy who came remembered cutting our trees here previously. I’m still in shock! And I read a review on here that this company gives veteran discounts, my husband and I are both veterans and there was ZERO discount even mentioned, veteran or otherwise! I have recommended this company many many times to friends and relatives but NEVER AGAIN!! Unbelievable!!! And just as we have recommended them to others we will make sure everyone we know does not use them! BEWARE people!! And hold onto your pocketbooks! Greed will turn people away every single time!!
