Even when we take pictures because it happens so frequently, we are just told oh well it’s not that price. Pricing needs to be updated. It’s ridiculous. Why is it customers responsibility to check pricing on the app to make sure the price is correct?

Leaving kits all over the table makes it look like anyone can join at anytime. It was also unnecessary to tell my son that someone who registered wouldn’t get a kit because he started building one, he hadn’t even done anything other than open the package that was laying out on the table.

We then paid for a warranty, an install, and a haul off of the old one. We were told to expect an email or a call By Wednesday. Email came and said today 8-11. That came and went. We never received a call or email to verify. EVIDENTLY their third party didn't find us important enough to let us know it was 2-5. We took off work, for no reason. When i called Lowes, of course the store manager was not there. The assistant manager proceeded to put all the blame on THEIR vendor. Told me I should call them. This has been an exercise in futility, a comedy of errors. Not like a Fortune 500 company at all. It would seem it may warrant closing our two personal and one business account. The punchline? I am actually a Lowes stockholder. Maybe it is past time to look at other options.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
