They were out of one this I needed. I also had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to help get garage insulation down from the top shelf. After 30 minutes they bring the 1st machine over and it wouldn't go up...because no one had charged it over night. The young man had to go get find another machine. I was very aggravated.

If I could leave a negative star I would! If you buy something online and have it shipped to the Greenville Texas store, don’t! Especially if it’s a limited item. Wife ordered the large Elf on a shelf and the store manager took it upon themselves to buy it so her husband could use it as a prop at his place of employment. Customer service at this store is GARBAGE!!!
