    Quite busy with not enough staff. I believe her name was Jeannine but not sure, older lady who was super friendly and helpful. Order two new recliners with her help.

    Super nice store. The people weren't too pushy. But god dang that store is entirely over priced. I thought I wanted a lazy boy recliner until I went in there. Now I dont want a lazy boy anymore 😂 Basic leather recliners starting at $1200 dollars. You've lost your mind.

    Customer Service does not exist. Once they have your money you are toast. Awful awful .. the store deflects everything to customer service and they NEVER answer the phone or call back. Throw your money away here !!!! UPDATE - see the reply below ... they just validated my post.

    Lazy Boy store in Grapevine is an excellent store Josh helped me so much with my Recliner I bought one and I it didn't fit me good so he let me exchange it and I got another one and I love it thank you Josh for the great customer service

    Horrible took a year to get sofa seems like it took a yr at checkout no one has computer skills couch not even 3 yrs old seams coming apart everywhere called and said we were basically SOL..2000.00 COUCH WOW
