    Customer Service does not exist. Once they have your money you are toast. Awful awful .. the store deflects everything to customer service and they NEVER answer the phone or call back. Throw your money away here !!!! UPDATE - see the reply below ... they just validated my post.

    Lazy Boy store in Grapevine is an excellent store Josh helped me so much with my Recliner I bought one and I it didn't fit me good so he let me exchange it and I got another one and I love it thank you Josh for the great customer service

    Horrible took a year to get sofa seems like it took a yr at checkout no one has computer skills couch not even 3 yrs old seams coming apart everywhere called and said we were basically SOL..2000.00 COUCH WOW

    Pricing has gotten crazy. We need two power recliners. We compared them to two that we had found (Flexsteel). The Flexsteel recliners actually had more features and better warranty for about $1,000.00 less.
