Is there anything better than Hobby Lobby for general arts and crafts? Good selection, prices and a clean and brightly lite store.

My elderly parents and I visited the Hobby Lobby at 5325 William D. Tate Dr., Grapevine, TX on 12/07/25 around 1:14 PM and were treated very poorly by an employee named Rebekah. She rushed the cashier during checkout which led to our items not being wrapped, and when we kindly asked for more wrapping paper, she refused and told us “it costs the company money.” When my mother asked a different cashier for help, Rebekah approached us, raised her voice, and said “you can’t do that” loudly in front of other customers, causing a completely unnecessary and embarrassing scene over wrapping paper.
We requested to speak with the manager, Mark, who arrived with an eye roll, did not apologize, and brushed off the situation. As we were leaving, we saw Mark, Rebekah, and another employee laughing while looking at us. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and customer care was shocking — especially given that my parents were planning to spend over $1,000 this week and had already made purchases that day.
No customer should be spoken to or treated like this. We are requesting a follow-up and hope corporate addresses this behavior, as this was one of the most disrespectful retail experiences we’ve had.
