  I had a great experience! The service was excellent, everyone was friendly, and everything was handled professionally. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the positive atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back!

  My family will be attending the Texas Renaissance Festival in south Texas. We were needing some accessories to add to our costumes. Hobby Lobby had an excellent selection of the items we were seeking. Their prices were very competitive. We were able to complete the list of items and did so in record time. The store was clean and well stocked. We spotted other items for future redecorating around our home. We plan to return as soon as time permits.

  I enjoy Hobby lobby. It offers a lot in hobby and crafts, (obviously) my main interest is in art Framing and seasonal decor. I like how varied the selection of frames and matting items. The H.L. in euless tx recently helped me frame a print that I've been wanting to have framed for a long time. They did a great job of it. The seasonal decor was for fall. I like the different types of fall decor that's available I purchased some fake Leaves for my exterior decor.

  NEVER AGAIN! I didn't shop here often but when I did, I usually had a pleasant experience. I was even planning on dropping more money on their home collection. All that changed today when I went to exchange an acrylic paint color (that I bought over the weekend with another paint color/type) that was rung up incorrectly by associate Leslie. Leslie rang BOTH paint types up as the higher priced item. One was $2.19 and the other was supposed to be .99 cent. So I decided to go back to the store so the price could be adjusted AND to purchase some other items. I get to the counter and explain the situation to the elder Hispanic woman (who by the way had a bit of an attitude). She then calls over the front end manager (white, heavy set woman) and this "manager" proceeds to tell me that they need to check the tapes because there's no way to tell if the item was rung up incorrectly. WHAT?!! This my friends, was 100% racial profiling.You mean to tell me you have to "check the tapes" all over $1 paint?! I then proceeded to logically question this manager and she proceeds to say "she's just following the rules" and that "it's Hobby Lobby policy." She then calls the store managers in the back and ask them to check the tapes. I have been in retail for over 25 years and knew EXACTLY what was going on. I have never ever been treated like this at any retail store. I've been a manager too and guess what? You don't make a big deal over $1 return especially when the customer is PURCHASING OTHER ITEMS!! Due to this managers foolishness and wasting my time (the store managers approved the return by the way), I returned BOTH paints and left the items I was going to purchase. Talked to the store's co-manager (Tamara) afterwards. She explained that the policy is to look at the cameras but obviously for high ticket items. She said that the store manager was going to talk to the front end manager after his meeting. She also said the front end manager should have just approved the return/exchange and that they supposedly tried to tell her that. She also apologized but here's the reality... After this $1 return foolishness, I will not shop at Hobby Lobby ever again. Being profiled is mentally and emotionally draining and I work WAY to hard to be treated like a criminal. Tried to give Hobby Lobby a chance and not give up on them even when I was adviced not to support them anymore. Oh well, lessoned learned. Don't have to do me dirty twice.
