- FCFrancis CalimbahinApr 6, 20221.0I brought my Polaris cleaner here 1 week ago (Wednesday). I was promised that it will get looked at the day after (Thursday), and give me a call for repair needs. Thursday went by, no calls. I tried calling them (hard to get a hold of someone to pick up the phone), and I was finally told it will be looked at on Friday. Friday came by, and I still did not get a phone call. This scenario just repeated itself Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday. I decided to just come by Wednesday the following week only to find out my Polaris has not been looked at by Chelsea, and she is off until Friday. It is very frustrating knowing my pool has a ton of leaves at the bottom of the floor due to these winds we are getting, and not getting my equipment looked at to see if I just need to buy a new one. It is also very unprofessional not to communicate with your customer, that it is taking longer to get the equipment checked. If you call, good luck if someone picks up the phone. I ended up taking my equipment at another Leslies, and they told me that so many people complain about the Leslies on Highway 360. Do not use this branch to get your equipment serviced.
