And I end up calling grand prairie Aaron’s and they won’t pick up too. So I call the one in an other city and they pick up had good customer service. She told me I had make my payment Thur them I said okay. So I went up there to make a payment they were just sitting there on their phones laughing with no customers around! And the phone still ringing and they not picking up! And I got it on my phone if I could I want post it to show what bad service looks like.

The driver tells me he'll be back this afternoon with the delivery & never shows up, he wines about his supervisor sending him out on deliveries alone, why is he telling me this ? He needs to confront his supervisor about that, dont ever be afraid to speak up, this is what happens when you don't stay in school.. I asked the Mgr. about my delivery ,she wants to argue with me, interrupt me when I'm speaking, so unprofessional.. She thinks after being employed there 15 yrs.& being promoted from answering telephones to office staff she thinks she's on top of the world still only making 7.25 an hour. Wow!! I'll never buy anything from there again, ..it's only that location in Grandprairie.. Other stores greet you with a smile & are happy to help you with your purchase, don't waste your time here, see for yourself if you like,

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
