( I had just purchased them 3 months ago) They proceed to take my payment off my card. Didn’t hear from them after telling them it wasn’t working. I had to reach out to them. They told me they would come switch them today. they where going to bring me a new washer and dryer. They had me waiting since 3. DO NOT COME HERE. They don’t give good service

She had no customer service skills whatsoever...she walked away...just left. we had to go find her to ask questions about their laptop. They had the best selection I had seen all day out of 5 stores I visited. It was sad that it ended that way. On the other hand, I did an online app before leaving the parking lot and just seconds after hitting 'send' Lancaster store personnel called and worked with me in a matter of 5mins!!! Headed there now with my $$ in hand!!!!

I called today to speak with desiree and was told no drivers came in that Friday and they could deliver it in 2 days later 3/25 didnt even communicate a refund smh.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
