- MLmarl leetApr 8, 20261.0Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars in the last couple years at Lowe’s and I’ve never had such bad customer service. I called about a chainsaw chain took me over an hour being transferred for one place to another going back to customer service four times then going to lawn and garden till finally 45 minutes later I have somebody tell me that the most popular tool brand, craftsman that they sell they don’t have a replacement chain. It took another 20 minutes for them to tell me about an oreagan chainsaw that would fit for $21. I’ve never had such bad customer service. Lowe’s is definitely gone downhill. I would recommend thinking twice before taking your business there. I’ve never wanted to go to Home Depot, but looks like I’m gonna be taking my business there now and hopefully their customer service will be better than Lowe’s. It’s a shame because I held Lowe’s in such high regard and that they’re such bad customer service I won’t be doing business with them anymore. My thousands of dollars I spend will be given to Home Depot from now on. Here’s a hint work on your customer service Lowe’s.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
