The usual home improvement store but SO much more. You can buy interior and exterior doors for your house, diy bits for your home and business care, electrical parts like switches and wiring, bathroom faucets, paint, tape, and Carhartt clothing too! Really happy about the massive selection of workwear and everything else. Of note, the restrooms are in the FRONT of the store, so no traipsing all the way through the building to make a pit stop. Their self-check is fast, and if you hit any snags, it is attended so someone will assist you. A very nice store.

If I could put no stars I would. Purchased a new stove here and stopped working after a week. Couldn’t return because of the ice storm. Called customer service and they informed me with manger approval I could return it within 90days. Went to store and assistant store manager Ronnie was not helpful and did not provide assistance in returning the stove, because he is only the assistant. He said I had make the 45 min drive again the next day and speak to the store manager and gave me their business card to call them. Before I left Lowe’s I called the store manager James and he was not helpful and told me that he would not assist me in returning the stove.
It’s not like we are not getting another stove from Lowe’s. If Lowe’s believes in the appliances they sell why is the return policy 48 hrs. He said if we bought it with a Lowe’s credit card then he would swamp the stove. What difference does a Lowe’s credit card and money another credit card has, nothing. So you technically they can do the exchange only if you purchase from the Lowe’s Credit Card.
Lowe’s as a company are scamming people to buying appliances that can’t be return regardless if they work or don’t work.
DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES HERE.
