    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Spare Box Storage. When I went to my unit, I found a dead rat, rat feces, and damage to several of my belongings caused by the infestation. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. My payment was due only 5 days ago, and after discovering the condition of the unit, I cleared everything out and called to cancel. Despite the situation , and the fact that it’s obviously a known issue (there were blocks of rat poison sitting out in the open, easily accessible to children and pets) — they still insisted I pay for the entire month. There was no apology, no compassion, no courtesy, and no basic human decency. I wasn’t asking for compensation for my damaged items. All I expected was a simple apology and for them to waive the bill given the circumstances. Instead, they made it clear they only care about getting their money, not their customers or the condition of their property. I 100% do NOT recommend Spare Box Storage. Keep your belongings and your peace of mind somewhere else.

    Monica was amazing! She had a lot of patience with me and I really appreciate it! She helped me through every single detail and it was a lot considering I had already tried to do it by myself the day before, so when I finally paid it showed paid on the account I had set up previously. It was all complicated but she hung in there with me until she figured it all out. This sweet girl needs a raise! Thank you Monica!!! ♥️

How do I rent a unit?

We offer three simple ways to rent a unit: On our website: You may filter through our locations to browse available units. You may also create your reservation and process your move in, all conveniently online! On location: All our locations (excluding SpareBox 0016 and SpareBox 0019) have a 24-hour on-site rental center with an easy-to-use kiosk. The kiosk will present all unit availability for the facility, and you easily create your reservation or move right in! With customer service: If you need assistance, please call (833) 777-7273 and one of our customer service team members will be happy to assist you in finding the right unit.

How do I set up my online account?

From the home page, click the red Register button in the upper right-hand corner: Select your state. Select your facility location. Enter your last name and unit number, exactly as they appear on your invoice or receipts. Note: Be sure to include any prefixed 0’s, or if you are in an accessible unit, be sure to include “ADA” after your unit number. After entering your last name and unit number, you will be prompted to set a password and a security question for your account.
