I want to recognize three exceptional employees at the Lowe’s store in Georgetown, Texas — Krista, Jeremiah, and Silician.
I was visiting the Georgetown store with my aunt and uncle while we were trying to sort out an issue with a purchase. Situations like that can easily become stressful, but these three employees made the entire experience positive. Krista, Jeremiah, and Silician were patient, attentive, and genuinely kind while helping us straighten everything out.
What stood out most was the way they treated my aunt and uncle — with real respect, patience, and care. They took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly and that we left with exactly what we needed.
I hope the management team at the Georgetown Lowe’s knows what a tremendous asset these employees are. Their professionalism and kindness truly reflect the best kind of customer service and made a lasting impression on our family. It’s clear they have been trained very well and take pride in helping customers the right way.

Had problems returning pvc with a young lady at customer service. She said she was tired and therefore I got horrible service. Gabe took over and was amazing my return was done.
I spoke directly with Krystal the manager she made everything good. Great job.

I go here because it's closer to my house compared to home depot. It's all the same, do you like blue or orange? Concerning the staff, there's a 30% chance of getting help and 70% chance of being ignored. Service gets a 3, lots of room for improvement.

Don’t waist your time going to Lowe’s, it is NOT a place to go if you are a contractor, or even someone that knows how to do construction, it has become a department store for soccer moms. They have plenty of Carhartt clothing and appliances.
I went there to get some nails for a coil nailer, no big deal , 2 1/4 inch siding mains for a Dewalt coil nailer.
The two Lowe’s employees had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and told me that if I didn’t see it, they don’t have it. They said that this Lowe’s store was a small one and didn’t carry much. They suggested Lowe’s.com, they didn’t even try to help or ask someone else, just went back to talking to each other.
