We ordered blinds from this store. They were layered shades from a company called Bali to be precise. We were given an estimated arrival date of 24 October. The shades arrived and the installer scheduled the installation. When the installer showed up he didn’t know what had arrived and what had not, but he knew he was short. Turns out the motorized shades had a part that was back ordered. After some back and forth with Lowe’s, the remaining shades would ship the next week, then all of a sudden they wouldn’t ship until the end of November. Bottom line they don’t not seem to have a handle on the logistics very well. The installation went fine, but they wouldn’t take the boxes and abundant packing materials with them. Disappointed overall. Still waiting for living room shades. Product is good so far.

This was my 1st visit to this location. 1at & foremost the entrance, when coming from N IH35, is extremely hard to see. The Lowes signage sits on the ground & between that, tall grass/weeds on the access road & uneven terrain I almost missed the turn. This may not be an issue for others who drive a truck or suv, but I drive an Infiniti Q60 (coupe) & it most definitely was an issue, for me. The store itself was clean & neat. Aisles were not cluttered & the shelves were stocked. However, I did notice the inventory, or selection of goods available seemed smaller than the other Lowe's in the area. I was told if an item was considered "old" or an "older model" Lowe's will not bring it into a NEW Lowe's store, which I guess makes sense, but it is something to keep in mind prior to your visit, depending on what you're looking to purchase. The garden center inventory also seems "slim" but that could very well be due to the season/time of year it currently is. There weren't many customers but I'm guessing that's because people may not be aware the store is there or be aware it has opened. Hopefully for Lowe's sake that turns around & they start getting the customers they deserve. The parking lot was spacious & had adequate lighting. The employees I encountered were more than willing to help & the sales floor seemed to be properly staffed.

By far the very best Lowe's I have ever been to. Kevin in carpeting and flooring was exceptionally friendly and helpful. This store was the only one with the selection of floor covering I needed. 5 star plus!

I needed a tube of adhesive. The first associate I saw found it on his phone and showed it's location. The lady working in the self checkout area was very helpful, thanked me for shopping and asked me to come back soon. The store is well lit and the parking lot is very nice.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
