Finally my husband and I decided to move lanes and the lady decided to put “lane closed” AFTER we were already standing in line. This is ridiculous. Nobody seemed to know how to do their job. It seems as everyone needs additional training because no one is knowing how to do anything at all.it seemed as there was only 1 manager available managing 10+ employees, she clearly could not handle. The mod names was April. Every employee was extremely rude.
