She helped us find what was the best way to go with what we needed. We really appreciated her explaining everything to us before we signed. We got a unit a few years ago at another Extra Space Storage facility and they did not tell us about the increase. We were in the middle of a very hectic messy remediation at our house when we got the notice of the increase in the mail. We couldn't just empty the unit so we ended up downsizing to a little smaller unit and bringing some stuff back to our garage to keep from paying the $50 or so increase. Who needs surprises and games like that? From now on we'll be using this location at Inner Loop instead of the other one on Williams Drive. Their honesty and openness was really appreciated :)
