We went to Extra Space Storage and spoke with Jeffrey Johnson. He was exceptionally helpful, showed us our options, and made the process go smoothly. As we moved forward Iwe had some questions and even lost our code for entry. At each turn Jeffrey was super helpful. Frankly, I did not expect to find such friendly, customer focused service at a storage unit. We also had dealings with another gentleman who was equally friendly and accommodating. In sum, I believe that the kind of service, and the manner in which it was provided should be embraced by all retail businesses.
