    I would not recommend this Lowe’s location and won’t be returning. I had a frustrating experience with an employee named Kaye while trying to return a fruit tree I purchased last spring that did not survive the year. I waited into early April to give the tree a chance to come out of dormancy, expecting to see leaves. When it became clear that the tree was dead, I brought it in for a return. Kaye immediately refused, stating it was just beyond the 365-day return window. What was especially frustrating was her attitude—she was dismissive and rude from the start, and unwilling to acknowledge that returning the tree earlier wasn’t realistic, since it would have still appeared dormant at that time. It’s disappointing that someone in a customer-facing role would handle the situation with so little understanding or professionalism. For comparison, I took the same tree to another Lowe’s location, where the staff was helpful, understanding, and replaced it without issue. That experience made it clear that better customer service is possible—just not at this location.

    Casey in the flooring department is an absolute amazing person. She took time to explain all the flooring questions we have and helped us with scheduling and ordering some vinyl flooring they didn’t have on the floor. We truly appreciate your patience and your willingness to help. You’re a true inspiration to others. Anyone who needs help in the flooring department, please ask for Casey.     My mom, daughter, and I came to grab some mulch to start the garden refresh. As we were checking out, Daniel came and asked if he could help load the car. We were so grateful. He even opened the door for my mom and helped her get in the car. These 5 stars are for Daniel! What a fantastic human being!

    Bought a wheel barrow online and when it arrived (to the wrong house and I had to track it down) it also had a flat tire, was bent, and was rusting. After calling the 800 number, they said I could return in store and would receive a refund for the item and the delivery fee. I came to this store as it is the closest to our home and the manager at returns said she could not accept the item because they don’t sell this specific one in their store. Also said she can’t refund the delivery fee because it will make her store loose money when the store the item was from should be responsible. This is absolutely ridiculous. Will never order online or shop at this store.

    Used to like coming here. You could look for what you need online and it would show the aisle it’s on. Not anymore. Stood around for 20 minutes trying to find the thing I needed. The employees are young and unapproachable they try to not make eye contact so you don’t inquire about anything. Pay more so you can get employees that are knowledgeable and actually want to be helpful. Now I gotta go to Home Depot to find what I need, Thanks for nothing. Also, all the aisles had boxes and I’m trying to get through with a cart full of kids looking for what I need. So bad.
