This company claims it doesnt shrink ect. They had an excuse for everything. For the cost you pay for this stuff they dont stand by their product. Think twice before buying.

- MCMike CJan 7, 20265.0Excellent Quality & Natural Look! I set up a new aquarium and wanted lightweight artificial rocks that still looked natural. Everything at local pet stores looked fake, so I purchased Stonecluster – 001 from Universal Rocks, and I’m very impressed. Even though they’re made to order, they arrived faster than expected. The quality and realism are outstanding and well worth the price. The only minor downside is that some color transfers when wet and handled. I did soak and lightly scrub the rocks, and while there is still a little color transfer, it’s minimal and hasn’t caused any water issues. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying more in the future. Highly recommended!

I ordered the AQUA Decor 015 rock, but when it arrived, I noticed the height was about 2 inches shorter than listed on the website. I called customer service, and they handled it exceptionally well: 1, They independently measured their inventory, confirmed the website description was incorrect, and updated it immediately. 2, They offered to send me a different rock that better fit my needs—at no charge. 3, They let me keep the original rock as well. What stood out most was their attitude. Rather than getting defensive, they genuinely thanked me for catching the error and emphasized how much they value customer feedback. That kind of customer-centric mindset is rare and, in my view, the foundation of any successful business.
