    Today I ordered door locks for my home for delivery. At 10:23am I received a text saying the driver made his last delivery and was on the way. At 3pm I checked on the order because it had still not arrived. Status said returned. I checked my credit card and did receive a credit for the product but not the delivery fee. I did not return this product and never received it. I called the store to try to get a new delivery or get my delivery fee back. I was on the phone with them for 45 minutes without resolution and they didn’t seem to care. I didn’t pick the delivery company. I bought the product on their website. That’s the first and last time I will ever do that. They would not put a manager on the phone when I asked for one. I could only talk to a cashier. Not very customer friendly at all.
