- TTTiff TALKS22Dec 29, 20255.0A few months ago, the previous facility I was using flooded, destroying a large percentage of my belongings. I was so excited to find this VERY lovely, well kept facility to salvage what wasn't lost. In the few months I've been here, they've transferred ownership. The new owners seem to be keeping up with the established standard of cleanliness & good service. I recently received a surprising notice of a significant rate increase. However, I called & spoke with CeCe who was VERY professional & accommodating!!! I was SOOO grateful for her assistance. I'll still have to pay an increase, which is to be expected occasionally(this is the 2nd one), but thankfully she was able to apply some credits to give me more of an adjustment period. Would I recommend this facility? ABSOLUTELY! Even BEFORE the adjustment.

The air conditioned floors are lovely, especially during the hot summer months, but knowing that my property is stored in a ventilated area is an added bonus in choosing to rent here. The manager Joe is pleasant, patient, and welcoming. He contacted me the moment he had answers to my questions, so I appreciate his commitment in ensuring that I was taken care of.
