  Not happy... I had them out to do a rental. Got them started and left. Tile looked good, but carpet I was on the fence about. Decided then out to do my tile. It looked OK, but the rugs were a huge disappointment. They must have just sprayed hot water on it and vacuumed it up.. they were left wet, overspray and in the end not clean.

  As a REALTOR in the DFW area for many years, one of my greatest disappointments is when I hear my real estate customers have hired a carpet company to clean their carpet and it looks absolutely terrible. Of course, I call Gary of DFW Premium Carpets and their expertise and professionalism comes shining through every time. In addition, I've used them for HVAC ducts cleaning which I recommend every 7 years. Gary will clean those ducts like new to keep those ceiling vents from forming black film on your ceilings and minimize dust throughout your home. DFW Premimiun will also clean your floor tile, grout, seal therm, and make them look as good as the day it was first installed. I highly recommend Gary and his awesome company DFW Premium Carpets.   If you take a garden hose and mist it all over your carpet and then vaccumm you will do a better job of cleaning it then the clowns at premium carpets. As the previous reviewer said Russell is extremely defensive of his "cleaning" company. Apparently he has a degree in physics when he describes the refractive property of carpet and why it doesn't look clean. If you want a clean carpet then stay away from these idiots.
