    Ordered two items for pick up because they were not available at my local stores. Drove nearly 3 hours one way to pick it up only to find one of the items cancelled (even though they had 3 perfectly fine ones on the shelf) and the other was an extremely damaged item that they wrapped and tapped up in paper. It’s the large raven on their website that is literally missing a whole leg. Updated: got a call that they were sending me a new one to my home address!!!

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
