    I purchased two boxed chairs, but one was accidentally scanned twice, so I ended up with two different chairs. Although it was frustrating, the customer service completely turned things around. During my 2nd visit Denise, Werik, and Corintha were outstanding. Even though the store was short-staffed, they were attentive, patient, and made sure I left with the correct chair. They also made checkout smooth and carefully helped load my item into my car. They truly went above and beyond—employees like them deserve recognition and promotions.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
