This location has some very rude women working there. At least 3 women had horrible attitudes towards other customers that we witnessed and ourselves. Don’t even dare ask any basic questions because they treat you like you’re stupid! No one is forcing these people to work there, are they?! 😂

Had a pretty bad experience with Lowe's curbside pickup. We had 2 orders and both were ready for pickup according to the app. We showed up and apparently all 1000 bags of soil were stolen from the parking lot so we couldn't even get our 12 bags until the next shipment...I guess that's where they store it?... I understand that's a sucky situation but then why wasn't this updated in the app to show that it's now NOT ready for pickup so we didn't have to waste our time going out there? Then, our second order was for 150 pavers. They counted wrong and loaded up only 90, shorting us 60. So then we had to wait for that to be resolved. We had rented a truck to pick up everything bc the delivery charges are astronomical for pavers but then ended up paying more for the rental due to the amount of time they wasted due to not actually being ready for us to pick up, not having our products, and not bringing the right amount out the first time... Very frustrating. Also, for the Monthly Kids Workshop, no one seems to really know what's going on. I understand the online system/process is new but they seem to have no idea. Not about the scanning-in process, which is essential for getting the kids their badges to prove they went, they didn't know about the free lollipop for kids incentives, they randomly gave out the 6th workshop badges to everyone on the 2nd workshop...and then on the 3rd workshop we went to, the workshop area was in a different location (why wouldn't you want to keep it consistent?) and there was no Captain available there to greet, help, or check us in. The kits were on the table but no hammer was available so we couldn't even work on it there if we wanted to so we had to take it home to do.
