Two not great things that earned the three-star review. 1) You can't text with the workers here like you can at some ESS places. It's more inconvenient to store items here for that reason. 2) They left the gates wide open and the building doors unlocked for a significant amount of time a few months back and someone messed with the lock on my unit during that time. I don't think anyone got into my unit, but they definitely had a great opportunity to - an opportunity they shouldn't have had. I didn't get any communication about any problems or time frame for a solution. I just happened to go to my unit twice in one week and found it like that. Reply to their response: Why does any place that gets a not-great review think it somehow helps their business to give an insincere apology and a phone number that'll likely lead to some huge run-around and a bunch of useless hassle if someone calls it? What could they even do if I called that number and talked to someone in authority in the company? Can they go back in time and properly lock up their facility? LOL!! Good thing we're all stupid enough to think this reply means anything. I should take off another star for the blatant manipulation in that response, but I think it does enough damage all on its own.
