The Lowe’s app clearly stated it would be delivered by 6pm. That never happened. No delivery. No phone call. No text. No explanation. I had to call the store myself and was given the complete runaround. I was transferred to multiple employees who clearly had no idea what was going on, couldn’t give me a straight answer, and offered zero accountability or solution. Just passing me off to the next person. If you’re going to charge people extra for delivery, the bare minimum expectation is communication when you fail to deliver — especially when the app gives a specific time. Instead, I wasted my time and got nothing but frustration. I’m beyond pissed and will never use this Lowe’s again. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
