    This store refused to return the unopened box of Christmas lights products even after talking with "Karlo", the store manager, as he said this is Lowe's company policy. I told him that nobody told me this before and I believe there should be a clear sign on the product's shelves stating that these products cannot be returned so that customers can read and understand before purchasing. Accordingly, I'm no longer shopping such products from this store and will shop online from Amazon instead.

    Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered a door on Sunday and paid extra for delivery to be made the very next day (Monday). The Lowe’s app clearly stated it would be delivered by 6pm. That never happened. No delivery. No phone call. No text. No explanation. I had to call the store myself and was given the complete runaround. I was transferred to multiple employees who clearly had no idea what was going on, couldn’t give me a straight answer, and offered zero accountability or solution. Just passing me off to the next person. If you’re going to charge people extra for delivery, the bare minimum expectation is communication when you fail to deliver — especially when the app gives a specific time. Instead, I wasted my time and got nothing but frustration. I’m beyond pissed and will never use this Lowe’s again. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

    On 1/4/2026 at 6:49PM CST, I brought a kohler fill valve to return and Esme the manager accused me of using the part. I questioned how does the part look used? She said it looks used, then I went to her shelf and took 2 brand new boxes and opened them for her. Showed them the rubber gasket that has white dust from the manufacturer is how they’re made. She gave me the refund, but was an extremely offensive accusation to be accused of using the product when I never did, then to initially deny me a refund.

    Appliance delivery has been delayed more than a month. Always last minute update or even no update about the delay. Unable to reach the appliances person over phone, always need to go to store to get the status. Never buy again from Lowes frisco.

    I had come to this store and had a decent experience before. However there’s a manager named James who works here who has a serious attitude problem and mumbled some profanity against my wife. Lowe’s should do a better job in their hiring process when looking for “managers” and most importantly teach them some manners.
