I called about a deadbolt and was told that they would charge $29 to come out and then whatever the cost was for the deadbolt replacement and rekey. When they got there they wanted $650.00!!! I was shocked and they then asked me what I expected to pay. They then tried to sell me on other locks that they claimed weren’t as good as what was going to be put in. After some back and forth I said no thank you, let me just pay you the $29 and you can leave. I then paid via Zelle directly to the person tha came out (Parin) instead of getting an invoice, which I found odd, and never received a receipt even after I called asking for a receipt. Don’t waste your time with this place. I called Big D Key LLC. Paid $108 and they also came right away. Very nice to deal with too.
- AAAshideDec 29, 20205.0I had an old F150 with only a single key, on such an old truck it's not worth getting a dealer to make and program a new PATS key. They perfectly duplicated the existing key and for the price it was acceptable. Just need to wait for it in the mail. As a note they do not simply make a 1-1 copy of the existing key which was badly worn, it was as good as new pin perfect match so no more wiggling.
