    ZERO STARS I have NEVER had such an awful customer service experience. How does your male receptionist even have a job still?! Rude, disrespectful, clearly miserable and does not want to be there. If he is the face of your showroom, you are losing business by the hour because of his poor attitude. We were going to order 4 bathroom faucets, 2 shower sets with all the arms and rough-ins and valves and linear drains, etc., an entire standing tub set up with fixtures, 2 new toilets, new vanity hardware, 4 new sinks, etc. etc. we hadn't even made it to vanity and lighting.

    Today was my first experience at Ferguson home and it far exceeded my expectations! Jan was a delight to work with and had a ton of beautiful suggestions on how to achieve my dream home look. Jan was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable of all the lighting products. We will definitely be back and I can’t recommend Jan enough to be your advisor. You’ll be glad you had her!

    On Dec 4th and 11th, 2025, my husband and I visited this establishment and were met with an experience that felt unwelcoming and not customer friendly. On the 4th, the receptionist was not friendly and we were told we need to make an appointment with the salesperson recommended by our contractor. We made an appointed with Rick for 12/11 @ 2pm. We arrived today and the receptionist was a little more welcoming. We waited for 10 minutes no one came until we assume Rick comes look at the receptionist and she tell him we are sitting behind him. He turns around without acknowledging us and walks away. We waited until 2:15 and then left. I have never felt so unwelcome as a customer. We will not be returning or recommending anyone go to this establishment. Ferguson may need to work on their customer service. My rating is really no star

    We have had a WONDERFUL experience with Ferguson! First was Jen Hill and her expertise. Shes extremely helpful and knows her products. Then there’s Stephanie. I had a problem with a toilet being the wrong rough in.. all I had to do was call and Stephanie got my return all lined up, getting the toilet picked up and got us started getting a credit. I have had nothing but good with this company. I’m looking forward to using them again.

    Awful experience! Went there 4 times in total and finally was able to get hold off someone with an appointment. OMG they just want big projects I think, they were careless about giving any solutions. Simply says sorry and ask us go to the website and search for what you want. We definitely need better hardware stores around.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order.
