    The mirror arrived with a huge divet in the box, I instantly knew this mirror was damaged and it was. So they sent another mirror. Unfortunately, upon install, it turns out the first mirror has a right hing LED cord that is too short… it continues to rub up on the hinge to the point that it keeps popping off the cap. This of course, will cause damage to the cord and may be a shock hazard if it erodes the cord. I have reached out to Ferguson and they deferred me to Fresca because it’s been installed. Fresca denied my return saying the cord needs time to relax. Now this cord is too short and if it relaxes, it will only relax further on the hinge. They then deferred me to RGM Enterprises who happens to be going out of business on Dec 31st. I specifically avoided Amazon and ordered from Ferguson because I thought they would sell a product they can stand behind. I saw reviews with these nightmare situations and I thought I could trust Ferguson. But as it turns out, they are no different. I now have a $1k mirror I can’t use. Please don’t do business with Ferguson/Build.com. They do not stand by their mirrors and they do not take accountability for faulty products they sell.

    We have had a WONDERFUL experience with Ferguson! First was Jen Hill and her expertise. Shes extremely helpful and knows her products. Then there’s Stephanie. I had a problem with a toilet being the wrong rough in.. all I had to do was call and Stephanie got my return all lined up, getting the toilet picked up and got us started getting a credit. I have had nothing but good with this company. I’m looking forward to using them again.

    Awful experience! Went there 4 times in total and finally was able to get hold off someone with an appointment. OMG they just want big projects I think, they were careless about giving any solutions. Simply says sorry and ask us go to the website and search for what you want. We definitely need better hardware stores around.

    My wife and I went to the Frisco location without an appointment. We spoke with Shamika the manager. She had Jan help us as she had to leave for the day. Jan and Shemika were terrific in putting together the items needed for a bathroom remodel.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
