Future customers MAKE sure you call to confirm that your order is in stock before you drive 2 hours to get your non existent purchase. Literally the first thing the guy said to me was, Oh! the other guy was supposed to call you. Jesus Christ at the bare minimum they could have cancelled the order before I showed up, they had 24 hours and clearly they knew it wasn't in stock. SMH. I'll be keeping my properties at my current supply house. This place NEEDS work!

UPDATE FALL OVERSEEDING Bermuda Grass with LESCO Double Eagle Perennial Rye! 2 weeks after initial seeding results. (it is super dark and soft extremely high quality) 1. Scalp & BAG (I did Nov 4) but you can do slightly early maybe OCT 15-20 is a good sweet spot 2. Use Overseed Rate on Bag 3. Water for 5 minutes each zone every 6 Hours basically 4 times a day 4. Put down starter fertilizer when you see first germination 5. Hope you get some natural rain as a plus! 6. First cut in 21 days after initial seeding
