This was probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
I walked in asking if they could price match something on their app, and they said that they couldn’t (and this is fine) so I asked if I just needed to place the order for in store pick up on the app. They say “yes, and when you place it we will get it pulled within a few minutes” well fast forward over an hour later and this still hasn’t been pulled. I go to the customer service desk to see if anything can be done and they say “there’s nothing we can do about the order because its not in our system” I ask if anyone in the store is able to help me get my items and leave (two items btw) and they tell me no.
Don’t go to this Lowe’s store ever if you expect to have a good and smooth experience, will never be back.

Had an online order for pick up last night. They gave us crushed products. So I had to go back and return some items. We have a son doing an internship in Ft. Worth so we came back and did the return and picked up other items. No cashiers in the place. I wouldn't care if we only bought one or two items. But we had a large cart full. So my wife and I took over two registers to do the order. Over $500 and not one person to do a ring up. Lowes is not my favorite store anyways. I prefer Home Depot. Home Depot always has at least one person to bring up customers. Lowes had none. Ridiculous!

Nobody will help you. We’ve consistently gone for home projects and the saw is always “broken”. We tried Home Depot first and their saw was “broken” so my husband called Lowe’s to confirm it was operational. We were told it was and upon arrival were told it was broken. Nobody wants to do their job. It has literally never been operational since we have lived here. Absolutely ridiculous!
