    My wife and I had heard good things about Ferguson Home. We were shopping for a Jennaire cook top and had settled on a particular model. My wife contacted a sales rep at the Fort Worth location. She must have been new. My wife never heard back from her. My wife emailed repeatedly to confirm the purchase. I even left a message for the manager but Never heard back. Obviously, they didn't care about making a sale. We finally contacted another appliance store and purchased the stove top. We actually were considering letting Ferguson do a remodel on our kitchen but we would not recommend them to anyone after this experience

    Basically you are just going in to look at displays of what you might want to order online. There is not much customer service here. I kind of felt like I was getting on their nerves just by being there. It’s really not even worth getting up and getting dressed to make the drive over there. I’m not even sure why there are people in this building.

    Worst experience ever. Went in to purchase a light for our kitchen remodel and the the light ended up too big for the space. We exchanged the light for the exact same light in a smaller size and the wrong color was ordered and sent to our house. After returning that light and having the correct color and size ordered AND 24 internal memos about all the mishaps and failures to do their job, I still did not receive my light until the following week after it was promised to be next day air and sent over night. Almost a month later and I still do not have a credit issued to me for the difference in light price. I was told one price in the show room and invoiced for more. Everyone from showroom sales associates to customer service, accounting and the Fort Worth store manager dropped the ball time after time with this situation. We had planned to order appliances and had a bathroom vanity picked out for our bathroom remodel, but after this experience we decided to go elsewhere. If they could not handle getting the correct light to us on time, they are not a company that I would trust with the bigger things. You are better off buying your things from Amazon. Very disappointed.

How long do I have to return an item?
