We also had a personal hiccup with multiple vendors being at the house and he was able to act fast and help us manage the scheduling conflict. Our designer (Jason) was spot on with his color and style recommendations. He absolutely nailed it and our blinds complement our interior decor beautifully. The motorized rollers are quiet and sleek and worth every penny. Our installer, Vincent, was an absolute delight to work with. So professional, efficient, and personable. We really enjoyed him. Communication with Stoneside has been exceptional (so uncommon these days for many businesses). We had texts, emails and phone calls confirming every step of the process, from initial consultation, ordering, and delivery, to final installation. The time from order to install was only a few weeks (which frankly surprised us with how quick the turnaround was). This is a really wonderful company to do business with and we cannot recommend them enough. Their customer service is unparalleled and their products are beautiful and very well-made. 5-stars all the way!
