    I had a Sunday project and needed 2 color matches for my exterior doors and trim . I was worried that since it was so late in afternoon on a Sunday that paint department would be closed early or hard to get any help . I was pleasantly surprised when I was quickly helped by young man named Gavin who helped me get what I needed in no time at all answered all my questions . Definitely impressed with his knowledge and polite positive attitude. Will be back for all my future projects. Oh and color match was perfect. 👍

    ⭐️ 1-Star Review – Unacceptable Customer Service from Carol at Lowe’s (West Fort Worth – Ridgmar Location) I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Lowe’s, specifically with an employee named Carol in customer service. From the moment I approached the counter, she didn’t greet me, acknowledge me, or show even basic courtesy. I explained that I was there to make an exchange, and instead of helping, she abruptly said, “Same process,” and snatched the receipt out of my hand. I was exchanging a dryer power cord—purchased as a 4-prong but needed a 3-prong. The item was never installed, never used, and never even taken out of its wrapper. Yet Carol immediately asked, in a very accusatory tone, “Was this used and installed?” I told her no, because it wasn’t. She then insisted, “Well, someone has used it.” At that point I asked her if she was calling me a liar, and instead of clarifying or correcting her tone, she doubled down and said, “No, but someone has attempted to install this.” How she would know that—or why she would assume that—is beyond me. What kind of customer service is that? Why is someone with such a rude attitude even dealing with the public? And the icing on the cake: after realizing I wrote her name down, she suddenly ended the interaction with a sarcastic, “You have a wonderful day.” This was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unnecessary. Lowe’s needs to seriously address Carol’s behavior, because no customer should be treated this way. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures no one else has to deal with the attitude and accusations I experienced today.
