I ordered a range last week and the same thing happened. When they do call/show up, they are very rude. The rude delivery guy didn't install the anti tip bracket so I had to reschedule them to come back out. I waited 4 hrs for this guy to show up today. He called and said he was on his way. He never showed up because he input the wrong address. If the original rude delivery guy did his job correctly the first time, I wouldn't have to reschedule another time. I've waited 4 hrs and then he doesn't show up. So after two delivery attempts, I still don't have it installed correctly. I'm not going to waste my time with this incompetent company. No one is helpful. Everyone points the finger to Lowes, Lowes Distribution Center, or the third party delivery company. No one owns the problem and they make you go in circles. Don't waste your time.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
